Tenants
To receive details of residential properties currently available To Let please register with us without delay setting out your requirements.

Administration Charge
Prospective Tenants are required to bear the fee charged by their Bank for providing a status enquiry reply together with an administration fee to this firm of £75 plus V.A.T. payable on completion of the letting.

Deposits
In order to provide proper and reasonable protection for Landlords, Tenants are requested on signing Tenancy Agreements to pay a returnable deposit normally equivalent to one month’s rent. This is refunded at the end of the tenancy provided the Tenant’s obligations have been fulfilled under the Agreement.   Tenants' deposits are held under an approved scheme in accordance with the Housing Act 2004.
