About Clear Insurance and Gates Parish

​Gates, Parish & Co is an appointed representative of Clear Insurance Management Ltd, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

We have enjoyed a long relationship with Clear Insurance who can provide competitive quotations from major insurance companies for a wide range of insurance cover, including buildings and contents insurance.

These quotations are available for both Residential and Commercial Property owners. We can obtain these quotations for you via Clear Insurance.

Buildings Insurance

We can provide valuations for Building Reinstatement purposes and ensure full cover is available against insured risks.The valuation reflects the cost of reinstating the building in its present form but complying with modern building regulations.

The valuations use data available from the Building Cost Information Service (BCIS), a division of the RICS.

An element is included to reflect the cost of demolition and cartage, architects and surveyors fees and VAT where applicable.

Contents Insurance

Quotations can be obtained for contents insurance. This is normally based upon the replacement cost of furniture and furnishings. 

Cover can also be provided for specific items of value such as jewellery.

Property Owners' Liability Cover

This form of insurance will cover householders and property owners against claims for injury sustained within the boundaries of the subject property. Cover is normally provided for sums of over £1million.

We can obtain via Clear Insurance Management Ltd a recommendation as to the appropriate level of cover for any given property.
